EMERGE 8 is designed to connect participants to appropriate community, mutual-aid, clinical, medical, faith, peer, and practical supports beyond the eight-week cohort.
Licensed treatment
Qualified substance-use and behavioral-health providers for assessment, diagnosis, therapy, medication decisions, detoxification, and treatment planning.
Peer + mutual support
Recovery community organizations, peer recovery specialists, mutual-help groups, and other non-clinical support networks.
Medical support
Primary care, urgent evaluation, hospitals, and other appropriate medical providers when physical health or withdrawal risk needs professional attention.
Faith + community
Trusted faith communities, mentoring relationships, community groups, and accountability networks selected by the participant.
Family + relationship support
Services that help families and partners address safety, boundaries, communication, and their own support needs.
Practical stability
Housing, transportation, workforce, benefits, legal, food, childcare, and reentry supports that can affect recovery stability.
Build the referral network before recruiting the cohort.
