What EMERGE 8 is

EMERGE 8 Recovery is an eight-week emotional sobriety and recovery action program for adults whose alcohol use is connected to pain, anger, shame, isolation, or relationship stress. It combines lived experience, structured worksheets, peer accountability, practical regulation tools, relapse-prevention planning, support mapping, and referral navigation.

Delivery model

Weekly 90-minute cohort sessions · 8–15 participants recommended · participant workbook · facilitator guide · referral protocol · completion framework · 30/60/90 continuation planning.

Program boundary

Recovery education and support only unless delivered within an appropriately credentialed clinical structure. EMERGE 8 does not independently diagnose, detox, prescribe, provide psychotherapy, or replace licensed treatment.
